These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the https://theunengagedagent.com website and any digital courses, downloads, educational materials, promotions, or related services offered by The Unengaged Agent (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or purchasing or accessing a product, you agree to these Terms.
Educational Purpose
Our content is provided for general educational and informational purposes for real estate professionals. It is not legal, tax, financial, brokerage, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for confirming that your advertising, marketing, artificial intelligence use, and business practices comply with your brokerage policies, MLS rules, platform rules, licensing requirements, and applicable law.
Examples, templates, prompts, strategies, and automation workflows do not guarantee leads, sales, commissions, engagement, or other business results.
Digital Products and Course Access
Purchases may provide access to streaming lessons, downloadable materials, templates, prompts, or other digital resources. Access is granted only to the purchaser or authorized recipient and may not be shared, resold, copied, republished, or distributed except where we expressly permit it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any course login or access link issued by our checkout or course provider.
Pricing, Coupons, and Complimentary Access
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Coupons and discounts apply only according to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless expressly permitted, and have no cash value. Complimentary access and purchases made with a 100% discount do not create a right to a cash payment or credit.
Digital Course Refund Policy
We offer a 14-calendar-day refund period for paid purchases of the Reels, Shorts and TikTok for Real Estate Agents Course.
Approved refunds equal 100% of the amount actually paid after any coupon, discount, credit, or promotional adjustment. Refunds are not calculated using the course’s regular list price. Orders receiving complimentary access or a 100% discount have no monetary value and are not eligible for a cash refund.
To request a refund, email team@theunengagedagent.com within 14 calendar days of purchase and include the email address used for the order. When a refund is approved, access to the course and associated downloadable materials will be revoked.
Duplicate charges, technical access problems, and transactions required to be refunded by applicable law will be handled separately. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Intellectual Property
The website, courses, downloads, branding, and original content are owned by The Unengaged Agent or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own business and education.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website or products; interfere with their operation; attempt unauthorized access; share paid access; reproduce or sell course materials; use our content to create a competing product; or use the materials for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing activity.
Third-Party Services and Links
We may use or link to third-party platforms, including payment, course-hosting, analytics, email, automation, and social-media services. Their separate terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, or actions.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, infringement, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will remain in effect.
Disclaimer
The website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or particular business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Unengaged Agent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our aggregate liability for a paid product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
